A: GMT+0  How much time do you have on the server? A: Well if we count Avalon networks which was pretty much the same people. It's nine months. If not then it's two days.  How much time do you have on Garry's Mod? A: 11354 hours at the time of writing this. That's over a year. I'm a sad bastard.  Do you have any past experience as a staff member on a server before? (If so then please state the name of the past server, the position you held, and why you’re no longer apart of that server.) A: I reached the rank of Senior Administrator on the previous server Avalon networks. Back when we had a split between GM's and Admins. I was an Admin.  How familiar are you with ULX and Nutscript? (If you are familiar then please state some commands and examples of how they are used.) A: I'm familiar with both of these. As for commands. /Plytransfer (Player name) (faction) will change a players faction   /charsetname sets names.   /charsetmodel sets models.    !menu is used to bring up the ULX menu. From here you can access the maps. Bans and some basic commands such as the cleanup kit which has features such as speed and jump height sliders. /chargiveitem will give the player you write the name of an item of your choice. Example. /chargiveitem John MA5D.  Do you have a working Microphone? A: I do on my phone at the moment and will have one for PC hopefully by Sunday. Towards the end of Avalon networks, my mic turned me into a bad eighties robot.  Why do you believe you're better than other potential applicants? A: I've got a fair amount of experience at this point on multiple servers over the span of five years. Including several Halo rp servers. I've pretty much got the procedure for new players totally learned at this point and with other servers I completely understand that a staff member isn't there to be better than the players and abuse powers. You're there to make the server an enjoyable experience for players to ensure that they want to keep playing there. Putting yourself as more important than them leaves a bad image for new people who may quit. Why do you want to be staff on this server? A: I was a staff member on Avalon networks and while it's true that I did go a little inactive towards the end I did have reasons for doing so. However I'd like to be able to work my way up the ranks again and help out in anyway. This time I'd also like to work on a few events. Though my main priority would remain as a staff member.  What do you believe are 5 of your worst traits? A: If I'ma list them then here they are. I am known at times to be egotistical. I'ma put this right out there. There's no point in doing so. Those that read these applications definately no. Aspergers syndrome issues. If I'ma list one problem with aspergers. When someone becomes less enjoyable for me I become less focused on it. However this time if I feel I need a short break I'd make sure to fill in my LOA's properly. I've in previous events tried to improvise them a lot which doesn't always work. I do tend to complain a bit about things I see as. Annoying. I'm known to speak my mind. Though I don't do this in OOC chat. Usually just discord.  You see your fellow staff member Charlie Phys gunning players and throwing them around and breaking the server rules. He also proceeds to promote himself to a higher rank IC (In Character). What do you do? (Keep in mind Charlie here is 2 staff ranks higher than you.) A: At this point, there's not all too much you can do if higher staff are in an abusive mood. You're best bet is to not try anything at the time as an abusive staff member is likely to be abusive to lower staff. Using their ULX access if they have it to remove ranks. Your best bet is to report this to someone higher up than them. If they're below the HOA then you can report this to them. Or if it is the person in the top staff spot. The best bet is to report to either the owner or a Dev with box access. If you have to go to a Dev. Provide evidence as someone using the box to suspend an upper staff member could cause issues. Though with the owner. Just bring evidence. The worst thing you can do is tr y to use your own powers to essentially abuse shut them down. Usually this just gets you into trouble. Do you have anything else you would like to say? A: I am going to make a heavy attempt to be more active here. I'm already enjoying the wayh the servers going and the new management as far is doing a good job here. A lot of my irl issues aren't a problem now so I should be able to put more time in.
